WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Wayne County School Board members voted Tuesday to allow outside vendors to deliver meals to the schools, but their decision comes with some conditions.

Parents must order and pay for the food, and it must be delivered to the school with the child's name on it.

Outside deliveries were halted earlier this semester because it was believed to have violated the state Board of Education policy.
