HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A driver in Huntington got quite a scare when a woman on a bicycle collided with his car, Huntington police say.
It happened about 3:30 Thursday at the intersection of 11th Avenue and 11th Street.
A witness told police the 20-year-old woman on the bike ran a stop sign and hit a Honda Odyssey as it was passing northbound through the intersection.
Police say her injuries are not life-threatening. She was carried into an ambulance on a gurney and taken to the hospital as a precaution.
