MARTIN COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- The federal voter fraud trial for the former Mayor of the City of Martin has been rescheduled.
Thomasine Robinson and five others were indicted in December in a federal vote buying scheme.
The trial was scheduled for this month, but a judge has reset the trial for May 5.
Federal prosecutors say Robinson and the others conspired together to intimidate, oppress, threaten and injure voters in Martin.
Robinson was convicted of social security fraud, in another federal case, last month. She will be sentenced in July.
