ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A man and a woman were arrested Monday on meth-making and child endangerment charges, according to an Ashland Police Department news release.
Jeffrey S. Rowe, 22, and Tianna S. Whitt, 18, both of Ashland, were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. Rowe also was charged with controlled substance endangerment to a child in the fourth degree and trafficking in marijuana.
Police say a 19-month-old child was in the home along Circle Prospect at the time meth was being made.
Officers seized methamphetamine, marijuana and about $400 cash.
The property was declared a health hazard and condemned by city of Ashland building inspectors.
Both suspects were taken to the Boyd County Detention Center.
