CATLETTSBURG, Ky. (WSAZ) --- For 20 years, the doors have been open at the Catlettsburg Wedding Chapel, and year after year, there's nothing like Valentine's Day.
"It's the day of love," Reverend Martin Gute said. "I have this marriage ceremony memorized, I mean I've done it over 28,000 times, so I know it in my sleep."
Reverend Gute says his favorite scripture in the Bible is First Corinthians 13 because it's the love chapter.
"It's wonderful to see people have new beginnings," Gute says. "It's nice to be apart of that."
Eric Ambrose and his finance, Tamara, met on the internet. One year later, they're walking up the aisle, with smiles on their faces.
"I'm so excited, I feel like this is the best day of my life, " Tamara Crabtree said. "He's my soul mate, I can't believe it, it doesn't seem real."
Marriage is not new to either of them, but Eric says this is different.
"I don't know why," Eric said. "It's just I've never felt this with anyone in my life. This time it's different, this time it's special."
Reverend Gute says his Valentine's Day message is simple.
"Valentine's is a day of love," Gute said. "But people need to realize love is a year round commitment."
