Working Meth Lab Found; Two Arrested

OLIVE HILL, Ky. (WSAZ) – Kentucky State Police say they found a working meth lab at a residence on West Tom T. Hall Boulevard in Olive Hill, Ky.

Troopers found a lab, along with items to make meth on Sunday.

They arrested Avery Binion, 53, of Olive Hill, and Tessa River, 21, of Morehead.

Both are charged with manufacturing meth and possession of a controlled substance.

The Olive Hill Police Department assisted in the investigation.
