Gas prices in the tri-state continue to hover around $4.00 a gallon.

“Gas prices are really hitting hard right now.” Rocky McCoy’s a manager at WORKFORCE West Virginia. He says, “ Some of the folks coming in here are changing their preferences to travel to a job because they can’t afford to travel 30-40 miles one way to a job.”

This year's job fair is sponsored by the WORKFORCE WV Center and the WORKFORCE Development Resource Center. It will be held at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena on June 3, 2008 from 10 am to 3:30 pm.
