JACKSON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Nearly two dozen guns have been recovered from a burglary in Jackson County, Ohio.
The burglary happened June 30 at a home along Umblebee Road in Beaver, Ohio.
According to the criminal complaint, the suspects broke into the home through a window, went into the basement and stole guns from cases and cabinets.
Witnesses told Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies they knew the men responsible for the burglary, Ricky and Richard Yerian. They also told deputies the vehicle the men were driving.
The Pike County Sheriff's Office picked up Ricky Yerian at a home along Keiser Road in Pike County, Ohio.
Deputies say two other men ran off into the woods when Yerian was taken into custody.
At the home, deputies found a vehicle matching the description that witnesses gave at the scene of the burglary. Inside the vehicle, deputies found several rifles and pistols covered by a blanket. Twenty-two guns were found in the vehicle.
Ricky Yerian is charged with a probation violation, as well as burglary and having weapons under disability.
Richard Yerian is still on the run.
