PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Three men are facing drug charges after investigators say they seized a large amount of heroin from their homes.
According to the news release from the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force, Joshua Walls, 33, of Portsmouth, Aaron Knolton, 24, of Dayton, Ohio, and Brandon Jackson, 32, of Portsmouth are all facing charges.
Walls and Knolten were charged with trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin, and possession of criminal tools. Jackson was charged with possession of heroin and having a weapon while under disability.
According to the release, the task force executed search warrants at homes located at 1424 Park St. and 1542 1/2 Grant St. in Portsmouth, Ohio. Investigators seized approximately 130 grams of heroin, about $4,400 in cash, a gun, digital scales and other materials they believe to be used for the purpose of trafficking drugs.
All three are being held in the Scioto County Jail. Bond was set at $50,000 for Walls, $252,000 for Knolten and $12,500 for Jackson.
The three men were arraigned on the charges Friday at 9 a.m.
