PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Two brothers have been arrested for the robbery of the Super Quick in West Portsmouth last month.
Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Bobby J. Stone, 29, and James E. Stone, 34, both of West Portsmouth, on Friday.
Investigators say on April 9, a man entered the store on Galena Pike, brandished a knife and demanded money. Following the robbery, both suspects fled the area.
The Sheriff says during the investigation, detectives and the Washington Township Community Policing Deputy developed leads which led to the Stone brothers.
A recent grand jury indicted each brother on one count of aggravated robbery and two counts of tampering with evidence.
Both men are being held without bond in the Scioto County Jail.
