PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Members of the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force along with Portsmouth Police have arrested two men from Dayton on heroin charges
Davion L. Carson, 19, and Keysaun C. Harris, 18, were arrested inside an apartment in the 800 block of 10th Street on Sunday.
During a search of the apartment, officers say they seized 30 grams of suspected heroin, digital scales, and approximately $2,328 in cash. The heroin has an estimated street value of $4,800.
Carson and Harris were charged with trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. Both are being held in the Scioto county Jail.
On February 8, authorities say Carson was arrested in Scioto County for possessing 51grams of suspected heroin and a firearm.
