PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A developmentally disabled man reported missing from Marietta, Ohio has been found in Portsmouth, Ohio by family members.
Marietta Police say 50-year-old Ronald Lee Osborne, who was last seen the night of July 26, had walked away from a house in Marietta.
Police say family members out searching for Osborne found him Sunday in Portsmouth, Ohio and said he was safe.
Marietta Police say Ronald Lee Osborne, 50, walked away from a house in Marietta with a possible destination of Ashland, Ky. or Portsmouth, Ohio. Osborne’s family tells WSAZ.com that Osborne was visiting his girlfriend on July 26 when they got into an argument and he said he was going to hurt himself.
Police say Osborne was last seen wearing blue jeans with the left knee missing, a gray sweatshirt, a white T-shirt and white tennis shoes. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Police do not believe he is missing under any suspicious circumstances, but they are concerned for his safety because of his disability.
Osborne's ex-wife told police that he has a debit card with him, but that he may not know how to use it and may ask someone for assistance.
Osborne’s family is out searching for him in the Marietta area.
