Four Ohio Residents Arrested on Drug, Trespassing Charges in Ky.

GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Four Scioto County men are behind bars in Greenup County, Kentucky facing trespassing and drug charges.

Greenup County Sheriff Keith Cooper says his office received multiple complaints about a suspicious vehicle driving onto driveways and around residences on Bennett's Mill Road in South Shore about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A deputy stopped the vehicle and ended up arresting all four people inside.

Hank R. Steele, 23, Ray L. Vestal, Jr., 48, Cody A. Stevens, 23, and Cerria D. Kozee, 19, all of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, were arrested and charged with possession of burglary tools, along with having meth making precursors. They were also charged with criminal trespassing, possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and other traffic offenses.

All four were taken to the Greenup County Detention Center.
