GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man charged with holding up a bank inside the Walmart in Gallipolis has pleaded guilty to the robbery.
Donald Crago, 38, robbed the Ohio Valley Bank branch on November 21.
Crago was later arrested by Huntington Police at the City Mission in Huntington.
A Gallia County Grand Jury indicted Crago on two counts of theft and one count of robbery.
Thursday, Crago pleaded guilty to one count of theft and the robbery charge.
He was sentenced to 18 months on the theft charge, and three years on the robbery charge. The sentences are to be served concurrently. He was also given credit for time served.
According to the criminal complaint, Crago went into the store and passed the teller a note demanding money and warned the teller not to use dye packs and no one would get hurt.
Crago got away with $3,275 in the robbery.
