JACKSON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man from Jackson, Ohio has been sentenced to prison for making meth.
Jackson County, Ohio Prosecuting Attorney Justin Lovett says Derrick Malone was sentenced to four years for Attempt to Commit Illegal Manufacture of Drugs and the Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
In November 2013, Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies found Malone’s meth lab on property located along Morton Street in Jackson.
In a separate investigation, Jackson Police arrested Malone for possession of meth.
In April, Malone pleaded guilty to the charges.
