PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Police are looking for information on the man who robbed a business in Portsmouth over the weekend.

The robbery happened at the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in the 1700 block of 11th Street just after noon Saturday.

Police say the man did not show a gun, but the clerk said his hand was inside his hoodie as if he had a weapon.

The man got away with an unknown amount of money.

Police believe surveillance pictures show the car he fled the store in. The car appears to be parked in an alley near the store.

During the robbery, the clerk said the suspect was wearing a black hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans. He was also wearing sunglasses and had something covering the lower part of his face.
