VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Two people have been arrested on meth making charges following a traffic stop in Vinton County, Ohio.
Sheriff Shawn Justice says Johnne Johnson, 43, of New Plymouth, and Elizabeth Ingram, 34, of Butler County, were arrested following a lengthy investigation.
Justice says the traffic stop produced all the chemicals and tools need to make meth. The Sheriff also says the lab was not active and did not put anyone in danger. He believes the pair was on the way to a location to make meth.
