PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- The Ohio State Fire Marshal is looking for information concerning a fire that was intentionally set in Portsmouth last month.
The fire at 1809 Jackson Street was reported about 1:30 a.m. on June 8.
Investigators said a Chevy Venture Van that was parked in front of a home was set on fire. A family of six was inside the home at the time. Everyone was able to safely get out thanks to a passerby.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee for information leading to the identification of those responsible for the fire.
Investigators believe there could be video of the fire, and ask anyone with information on those recordings to contact them at 800-589-2728.
