Scioto Task Force Arrests Four on Drug Charges

PORSTMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Four people, who investigators say were involved in drug trafficking in Scioto County, have been arrested.

Members of the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force arrested the four last week on outstanding indictment warrants out of Scioto County Common Pleas Court.

Arrested were Yvonda K. Padgett, 35, of Portsmouth, Ohio, Trista Brocato, 29, of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Joshua A. Bradshaw, 29, of Wheelersburg, Ohio, and Luther Caudill III, 50, of Portsmouth, Ohio.

Padgett, Brocato, and Bradshaw were indicted on a total of 24 drug-related offenses.

According to a news release, Padgett, Brocato, Bradshaw and others were responsible for distributing thousands of Oxycodone pills in Scioto County.

Caudill III was indicted on five drug-related offenses.

Additional arrests are expected in the case.
