Two Men Indicted in Gallia County Murder Case

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Two men have been indicted in connection with a murder case in Gallia County, Ohio.

This week, a Gallia County Grand Jury indicted Joseph Plymale, 27, of Springfield Township, and Chris Bowman, 34, of Green Township, were indicted in connection with death of John Sheets.

Sheets, 58, was found dead at his home last month, with a gunshot wound to his upper back.

Plymale was indicted on 11 counts, including two counts of aggravated murder, three counts of murder, aggravated robbery, weapons under disability, two counts of theft/grand theft, receiving stolen property, and tampering with evidence.

Bowman was indicted on five counts, including four counts of complicity and one count of receiving stolen property.
