Wellston Woman Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Sexual Conduct with Teenager

JACKSON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A Wellston woman is headed to prison and will have to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a teenage boy.
The Jackson County Ohio Prosecutor's Office says Stephanie Davis, 35, pleaded guilty last month to one count of unlawful sexual conduct. As part of the plea deal, two other counts that she was originally indicted on were dropped.
According to a local newspaper, the charges stemmed from incidents with two underage boys on at least three separate occasions in 2008. The boys were reportedly 13 and 14 years old at the time of the incidents.
Along with the prison sentence, Davis will also have to register as a sex offender.
