LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- U.S. 52/State Route 7 West is down to one lane due to a rock slide in Lawrence County, Ohio.
The Ohio Department of Transportation says this is at the 12.5 mile marker, near the Ashland, Ky. twin bridges.
Transportation officials say debris and small rocks have fallen from the hillside ledges, prompting crews to restrict traffic to one lane.
Crews are on scene working to clear the roadway, and assess and clear additional rock from the hillside.
The eastbound lanes are not impacted by the closure.
ODOT says one westbound lane will be closed until further notice.
