SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man has been arrested after deputies say they caught him on scene of a breaking and entering.
The Scioto County Sheriff's Office says they received a complaint Monday about a break-in at Jack Fish on International Drive in Wheelersburg.
A man called the Sheriff's Office after he received a call that the alarm was going off. He said when he got to the store, he saw a man standing on the back porch.
When deputies got on scene, they found Russell Bond, 30, of Wheelersburg. They say he admitted to busting out a window in the building.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of breaking and entering and one count of criminal tools.
He is being held on $7,500 bond and is expected to be in court Wednesday.
