LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- There were races in the Ohio primary election that were too close to call.
In Ironton this week, the Lawrence County Board of Elections held a recount.
The races they took a closer look at included the Republican candidates vying for Representative for the 93rd District of the House. After ballots were originally counted in that district, only 80 votes separated Ryan Smith, of Gallipolis, and Bill Dingus, of Lawrence County.
The Secretary of State also called for recounts in the Collins Career Center levy and the Republican candidate for the 14th District Senate seat.
After a recount, the only difference in the numbers was one vote in the Collins Career Center levy. The other two races remained the same.
