Voters Choose a New County Commissioner in Putnam County

WINFIELD, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Some changes are on the way to the Putnam County Commission.
Republican Andy Skidmore and Democrat Lee Casto faced off for current Commissioner Gary Tillis' seat.
Skidmore won the race with 50 percent of the vote.
Tillis announced he was not running for re-election earlier this year.
