KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies have released the name of the man found dead at the Mink Shoals Park and Ride.
Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies tell WSAZ.com the two men were parking at the park and ride when they discovered the body about 8 a.m. Monday.
According to a news release, the body has been identified as Nicholas A. Arthur, 31, of Charleston.
At this time no foul play is suspected, according to deputies. Investigators are awaiting toxicology reports.
Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies tell WSAZ.com the two men were parking at the Mink Shoals Park and Ride when they discovered a man's body lying near a concrete barrier inside the lot.
The body was found about 8 a.m.
Deputies say they didn't find any physical injuries, but his body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy. The man appears to be in his late 20s, early 30s.
At this time, deputies aren't sure how long the body has been there.
Deputies say the man was not carrying a photo ID, but he did have a credit card.
