CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two people are in the hospital after an accident in Charleston.
The accident was reported just after 7 a.m. Monday at the intersection of MacCorkle Avenue and the 35th Street Bridge.
Charleston Police tell WSAZ.com a woman was driving west on MacCorkle Avenue when she hit a car coming off the bridge. Two people were taken to the hospital. No word on their conditions.
The westbound lanes were closed for a short time, but have since reopened.
