The crash between a motorcycle and a pickup truck happened about 6:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Routes 25 and 62.

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Traffic has cleared Friday evening at the scene of a crash in Rock Branch that injured a motorcyclist.

It happened about 6:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Routes 25 and 62.

While it was not clear how serious the motorcyclist's injuries are, he said he had a lack of feeling in his legs, a Poca firefighter said. He was conscious after the crash.

The motorcyclist was driving from Poca and was hit by a pickup truck.

The intersection was closed but has since reopened.

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident where a motorcycle rider has been run over.

It happened at the intersection of Route 25 and 62 in Rock Branch in front of a Go-Mart convenience mart.

Dispatchers say a pickup truck ran over the motorcycle rider.

The intersection is closed.
