MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two former school employees are now behind bars.

Justin Wellman, 24, and his wife Alandra Wellman, 22, are accused of having inappropriate relationships with teenage girls.

The Wellman’s turned themselves in to West Virginia State Police in Williamson Thursday afternoon.

Justin was a custodian at Matewan Middle School and Alandra worked as a student aid at a school in Burch, but she resigned in January.

According to the criminal complaints, they both had an online relationship with a 14-year-old girl, and solicited the girl to engage in sexual acts.

Troopers say the Wellman's used Facebook and Skype to have inappropriate video chats and exchange nude pictures with the girl.

Justin is also accused of having an online sexual relationship with another 13-year-old girl.

Troopers say one of the girls goes to the school where Justin works.

Parents in Matewan are furious about the alleged behavior.

Andreana Dotson has a child in 8th grade at Matewan Middle School.

"There are no words to describe how it makes you feel," Dotson said. "They're children. How can any adult even look at them that way?"

Ronnie Hinkle has a daughter who goes to Matewan Elementary.

“It's not acceptable,” Hinkle said. “We don't need those people in our school system. They need to be punished to the fullest extent."

The couple is in the Southwestern Regional Jail facing a long list of felony charges.

Investigators say they're going through the couple's computer and cell phones to see if there are any more victims.

This is the same school where a teacher was charged last year for sexual assault.

James Keatley, who also coached, made a deal with prosecutors to give up his teaching license in exchange for multiple charges of sexual assault being dropped.

He had been suspended from Matewan Middle School after allegations surfaced he groped, kissed and made inappropriate comments to two female students.
