BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The names of a husband and wife killed in a murder suicide in Boone County have been released.
West Virginia State Police say Bobby Hatcher, 45, shot and killed his wife, Reba Hatcher, 34, before killing himself.
Troopers say Bobby Hatcher used one gun to kill his wife in the kitchen. He then used another gun to kill himself in the living room.
Reba Hatchers five and ten-year-old children were inside the home during the shooting. They ran to a neighbor's house to call police. Reba's uncle, David Adkins says the couple was married for about two years. During that time, "I worried about them all the time, what he's going do to her and stuff."
Troopers say an acquaintance of the couple, Bobby Davis Jr. 34, was also inside, and escaped unharmed. There's no word on his relation to the couple or why he was in the home.
CPS was on scene assisting. WVSP Sgt., Charles Sutphin says,"to help them cope with the incident. To try to help them process and cope as much as we can."
State police say the investigating is ongoing.

It happened along Joe's Creek Road in Comfort early Thursday morning.
Troopers tell WSAZ.com, a man shot and killed his wife and then turned the gun on himself.
They were both in their 40s.
Troopers say two children were inside the home at the time of the shooting. They ran out and called 911 for help. Troopers say the children are 10 and 6 years old.
No names have been released.
