BRAXTON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An earthquake happened in Braxton County, W.Va. early Sunday morning.

The earthquake occurred 6 miles west, northwest of Sutton, W.Va. in Braxton county around 5:20 a.m.

The earthquake had a magnitude of 2.2.
