HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Huntington man is charged with sexual abuse, and police say the crime happened while he was on home confinement for another crime.
Joshua Moore, 32, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual abuse.
According to the criminal complaint, Moore sexually abused a 9-year-old girl.
Cabell County Circuit Judge Paul Farrell says Moore was removed from home confinement and taken to the Western Regional Jail last week after authorities were notified of the potential new charges.
The home confinement sentence was related to a case from 2012 when Moore was charged with sexual abuse of a four year old child under his care.
In that case, Moore was convicted Wednesday of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
He is being held without bond in the Western Regional Jail.
