BUCKHANNON, W.Va. (AP) - An inmate who escaped from the Huntington Work Release Center back in November is back in custody and facing new charges.

West Virginia State Police Lt. Michael Baylous says 34-year-old Sandra Williams was found at a residence near Audra State Park in Barbour County on Saturday.

27-year-old Terry L. Duke, of Buckhannon, was also arrested at the residence.

Baylous say precursors used to make meth were found inside the residence.

Both are charged with attempting to operate a clandestine laboratory and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Baylous says Williams was returned to the Department of Corrections' custody. Duke is being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

Williams was in custody at the Huntington Work Release Center on convictions of forgery/uttering out of Kanawha County and operating a clandestine meth lab out of Putnam County.
