KENOVA, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Ray Mossman, a familiar face to many people in local law enforcement, was sworn in Thursday night as the new chief of the Kenova Police Department.
Mossman has 30 years experience in law enforcement. He said he is thrilled to return to the department and town where his career began.
Mossman said he and his officers will do community walks throughout the entire town. He also says he is planning to start a tip line.
