Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies say Christopher Lake was intoxicated when he got into an argument with his mother around 4 a.m. Saturday. Christopher's twin brother, Alexander, stepped in to intervene.
Christopher then grabbed a knife and stabbed his brother several times before fleeing the scene.
Deputies have a malicious wounding warrant out for his arrest.
Neighbors say the house has been a common problem.
"Party and drink and get out of hand. scream and yell and curse. you know, it's to the point where you can't even have your windows open without hearing them. a lot of times you can hear them with the windows shut," said Larry Fisher.
Fisher says the cops have been to the area several times.
One neighbor has even put up his home up for sale, partly because of the actions that have gone on.
WSAZ spoke with a family who had no comment on the stabbing.
