FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A repeat drug offender is back behind bars.
Shawn Laprelle Booker, 44, from Detroit was arrested in the Deep Water area of Fayette County, Friday evening.
Deputies say they tried to pull Booker over for a traffic violation, but he took off.

Booker was arrested and charged with the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
At the time of his arrest, Booker was out of jail on bond from a previous drug arrest in Nicholas County, W.Va.
