HURRICANE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A truck leaving a distribution center in Putnam County ended up on its side.
The accident was reported just after 7 a.m. Monday along Virginia Avenue near Route 60 in Hurricane.
Emergency crews at the scene tell WSAZ.com the driver was trying to make a right hand turn on Virginia Avenue when he didn't make it and the trailer hit a bank. The impact caused the truck's rear wheels to lift up off the ground.
The driver was not hurt.
Virginia Avenue is closed just before Route 60, but the road is expected to open shortly.
