UPDATE 9/4/13 @ 3:45 p.m.
TAYLOR COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two arrests have been made in connection with a missing teenager from Taylor County, W.Va.

West Virginia State Police say Lewis Dailey, 22, of Menifee County, Ky., started a relationship with the 14-year-old girl online. Then, on Sunday he went to her home, lured her out and took her to the home of 37-year-old Jamey Dodrill in Fairmont, W.Va., where both men raped her, according to a news release.

The victim went missing on Sunday and a Silver Alert was issued. On Tuesday, she walked into the Harrison County Sheriff's Department.

Both men are charged with kidnapping, human trafficking, sexual assault and conspiracy.

Investigators say this is a crime this young girl will never be able to forget.

"She will be emotionally and physically scarred the rest of her life, Sergeant Michael Baylous said. "It's sickening to think that people will prey on people, but that's the society we live in."

A third man, Allen Reeves, 23, of Parkersburg, W.Va., has also been arrested on unrelated charges. State Police say during this investigation they found that Reeves also chatted with the girl online and tried to meet her. He is also a fugitive from Maryland.
