Two Stabbed Outside Apartment Complex in Sissonville

SISSONVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two men are in the hospital with non-life threatening wounds after investigators say they stabbed each other with the same knife.

According to the Kanawha County Sheriffs Office, Tracy Stalnaker and Trevor Goins, both of Sissonville, W.Va., got into a fight about 11 p.m. Sunday at the Pocatalico Apartments in the 2000 block of Teresa Lane in Sissonville.

Deputies say Stalnaker stabbed Goins in the leg with a knife, then Goins removed the knife from his leg and stabbed Stalnaker in the back.

Both men are being treated this morning in a nearby hospital. Investigators say that any decisions about potential charges will be made at a later time.

SISSONVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two people were taken to the hospital late Sunday night after being stabbed outside of the Pocatalico Apartments in the 2000 block of Teresa Lane in Sissonville.

That's according to dispatchers, who declined to give any further information.

The names and conditions of the victims have not been released, nor has any information on any suspects.
