Two Hurt in Route 2 Crash

LESAGE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two people have been taken to the hospital following an accident on Route 2.

The accident happened at the intersection of Big Seven Mile Road in Cabell County.

The head-on crash happened about 8:30 Friday and closed Route 2 in the area of the crash for just over an hour.

One person in each of the vehicles was taken to the emergency room. No word on their conditions.

Investigators believe one of the vehicles crossed into the other lane and caused the accident.
