UPDATE: Missing Young Mother of Four Found Safe

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police troopers say a young mother who had been missing for more than a week has been found and is safe.

Ashley Nichole Toler, 26, of Gordon in Boone County, was reported missing Aug. 22.

Troopers say Monday morning, she contacted her family and told them she was in the Logan area and was on her way home.

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police troopers are searching for a mother of four small children who has been missing for more than a week.

Ashley Nichole Toler, 26, of Gordon in Boone County hasn't been seen since Friday, August 22nd.

Toler has four children; ages 1, 4, 6 and 8.

Troopers say she left her house in the morning to catch the bus to school, where she was working on her GED.

Toler apparently told her boyfriend and children that she'd see them that evening.

Troopers say her boyfriend's grandmother dropped her off at a gas station to catch the bus about 9:30 a.m., and she hasn't been seen or heard from since.
