State Police Reopen 2009 Missing Man Case

LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A cold case in Logan County is being reopened.

Edward Ray Clayton Bartram has been missing since May 19, 2009. He was 24 years old at the time.

West Virginia State Police say he was last seen on Regency Road in the Mineral City area.

We spoke with Clayton's family shortly after he was reported missing. At the time, they offered a $5000 reward for information about where he may be.

Investigators say Bartram has brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

They say he has a tattoo of "Tasha" on the left side of his neck. He also say a praying hands tattoo on his left hand, and a number 13 on his right arm.
