UPDATE: Worker Hurt at Mine in Kanawha County; Name Released

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A miner hurt at a mine in Kanawha County has been treated and released from the hospital.
The accident happened just after 8 a.m. Tuesday at Speed Mining in Cabin Creek.
A spokesperson with the state of West Virginia tells WSAZ.com Harold Miller, of Danville, was pinned between a wall and a machine called a "scoop."
Rescue crews removed the man safely and brought him to the surface.
Miller was taken to CAMC General for treatment.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A worker was hurt Tuesday morning at a mine in eastern Kanawha County.
Dispatchers say the miner, a man in his 40s, was pinned between a wall and a machine called a "scoop."
The accident happened just after 8 a.m. at Speed Mining in Cabin Creek.
Rescue crews removed the man safely and brought him to the surface. There is no word on how badly the man was hurt, but his injuries don't appear to be life threatening. His name has not been released.
