CATLETTSBURG, Ky (WSAZ)-- A judge has reduced the bond for the man charged with murder in a fatal DUI crash.

21-year old Billy Joe Barker is charged with death of Russell Bellomy.

The 71-year old died after the motorcycle he was operating was struck by a truck driven by Barker. Police said the truck crossed the center line on Blackburn Avenue near Oakview Elementary School in Ashland.

A passenger on the motorcycle, 12-year-old Kristoffer Calloway, was critically injured. He remains in the hospital today.

During a hearing Tuesday in Boyd County Circuit Court, Judge David Hagerman reduced Barkers' bond from $150,000 to $100,000.

Barker's attorney had asked the bond be reduced to $35,000.

Hagerman also set Barker's trial for December 2.

UPDATE: Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m.

ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A 12-year-old boy who was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident last week is getting better Wednesday.

Kristoffer Calloways' father called us Wednesday evening and said Kristoffer was taken off life support and is breathing on his own. Kristoffer was hurt Friday night in the crash when police say Billy Barker collided head on with the motorcycle Kristoffer was riding.

Kristoffer's grandfather Russell Bellomy was killed in the accident. He was buried Wednesday afternoon. Police say Barker was drunk when the accident happened. He pleaded not guilty to murder, assault and DUI charges earlier this week.

Kristoffer remains in critical condition, and doctors say there is a possibility one of his legs may have to be amputated. He also had suffered head trauma.

CATLETTSBURG, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Ashland resident Billy Barker pleaded not guilty Monday to murder in connection with a Friday night traffic accident that killed a 71-year-old missionary known throughout the world.

Barker, 21, also pleaded not guilty to assault and DUI charges. Russell “Rusty” Bellomy, 71, died after a motorcycle he was operating was struck by a truck driven by Barker. Police said the truck crossed the center line on Blackburn Avenue near Oakview Elementary School in Ashland.

A passenger on the motorcycle, 11-year-old Kristoffer Calloway, was critically injured. He suffered head trauma and serious leg injuries. His most recent condition was described as critical but stable.

Barker's arraignment at the Boyd County Courthouse was so emotional that Barker's wife hugged Bellomy’s daughter. She said her father recently had returned from a mission trip to Jamaica and had taken his grandson Kristoffer along for a learning experience. Bellomy had spent nearly 30 years spreading Christianity throughout the nation and world.

Commonwealth Attorney David Justice said Barker's murder case will proceed to a grand jury as early as Friday.

CATLETTSBURG, Ky. (WSAZ) -- The Boyd County Commonwealth Attorney has filed a murder charge against the driver of the truck involved in what police say was a fatal DUI crash late Friday.

21-year-old Billy Barker was served with a murder warrant in his jail cell early Monday morning.

His arraignment is set for 1 Monday afternoon.

Barker is being held in the Boyd County Detention Center on $1 million bond.

ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A man on a motorcycle died and a 12-year-old passenger was severely injured after an accident involving a man suspected of DUI late Friday evening in Ashland.

The accident happened on Blackburn Avenue in front of Oakview Elementary School. That's between Jackson and Adams Avenues.

Captain Todd Kelley with the Ashland Police Department says the driver of a pickup truck, 21-year-old Billy Barker, was intoxicated. He crossed the center line and hit the motorcycle head-on.

Police say Russ Bellomy was killed. His grandson Kristoffer Callaway was listed in critical condition at Cabell Huntington Hospital Saturday night.

Kristoffer will be a 6th grader at Rose Hill Christian School.

Barker was arrested on the scene. He was first taken to King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland for treatment and for blood testing. He's now in the Boyd County Detention Center.

Barker is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. However, he will likely face more severe charges, according to police.

Ashland Police and the Commonwealth's Attorney are investigating.

Now that everything is out and all lies!! it makes us sick! we want the victims family to know we are so very sorry to have had so much faith in him.To have believed all that was said. our heart goes out to the victims, . we hope and pray that the little one does not have to suffer anymore then he already has. All we do is think about and pray for the victims now.It will take a lot of prayer and and a very long time to forgive all lies. ,to be part of beleaving everything that was said. So we just want to say we will never go by word of mouth on anything again. the tears has not stopped since truth has come out.Billy will suffer for the rest of his life ,but as victims say at least he is here their papa ,will never be back in body ,but we know he is in Heaven. the little boy will never be the same. we are so so angry and hurt even for us, we don't think we will ever get over this one . How could he plead not guilty when he had all that junk in his body? Lord help him.

The truth about this whole thing, Mr Barker should have had better judgement and not gotten behind the wheel of a truck. He has taken the life of a wonderful man, and changed the life of a 12 year old boy forever. Kristoffer will never be the same mentally, and maybe not physically. We can all have our opinions, but it will up to God to judge Billy in the end. I think we need to pray for Kristoffer and his family, but also for Billy, I can't imagine the hell his life will be now.

First offense or third offense somebody's dead. They can't be brought back or replaced. Carelessness, indifference, neglect, first offense DUI; shouldn't be any excuse.

A blood alcohol level of .17, taken Vicadon, and smoked marijuana... I guess it is safe to say that this accident could have been prevented???? Yes, he needs to serve some serious time. Please, have enough common sense to know that you should NOT be driving if you are under the influence of ANY drugs or alcohol...let alone a mixture!!!

I just want Billy and Melissa and my family to know that there are two Tina's on here, I want my family to know they will be able to tell who is who. I love my family and i wish i had words to really express how i truly feel inside for both my family and the other family. my heart goes out to all.

I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this site. The wealth of misinformation makes me absolutely sick. Anyway, just a little note to clear things up. Billy's alcohol level was .08, not .8. And to Rusty's family, I am so sorry for your loss, and I hope that someday my faith can be as strong as yours. It's amazing how well you seem to be dealing with this (from your comments) which shows your awesome love and trust in God almighty. God bless all of you!!!

to the person who left the 2 messages for mad. first of all show me the errors i supposefully made. second of all i'm not the one being childish it's all of the ones on here that are leaving mean nasty comments to billy's wife when she hasn't done anything to any of you all. and no my husband doesn't even drink let alone drink and drive he hasn't drunk in over 2 years and yes he has once or twice drunk a beer or 2 and drove but he hasn't done that in years so you can keep your mouth shut when you have no idea what your even talking about. and you might be able to get on here without yelling but your still a jerk. have a nice day.

personally, i think the paramedics saved this child's life by their immediate care for him and their correct decisions on which hospital to send him to. to you, Boyd County Paramedics... thanks for doing what you do, because you never hear it.

if his alcohol level was 0.8 he must have been an alcoholic because any normal person should have been dead with a level of 0.8

to bummed your reliable sources are no good because billy had license and has never had a DUI if you would read the paper instead of believing everything you hear you would know that he is charged with first offence DUI see that how it gets started people who wants to make up things that want to true but whatever keep on thinking and writting what you want because people who know billy knows that is not the truth and for who says billy was at a party he wasn't. and his alcohol level was 0.8 that means one beer i am glad that the little boy is pulling through i want everyone to know that billy is suffering for what he has done we love you melissa and roger we will be there for you and billy

Figure I would stir the pot a bit. Jason, I can't help but side with you on a couple issues. To think that a surgeon's hands are guided by God is a stretch. I know several doctors having gone through knee surgery several times. Some surgeons are better than others. I don't feel their skill is related to their connection to God. I do, however, feel that good begets good. Promoting positive feelings and thoughts can't help but do good. It certainly can't hurt. Regarding Billy, add Vicodin and pot to the mix of intoxicants. It will come out in the trial but I thought I would provide some of you "Billy is a good guy" fans a dose of reality. As a good father, Billy should be teaching his kids by example. Accident aside, getting drunk, taking Vicodin and smoking pot is not setting much of an example. Same to Billy's parents. Apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. And we wonder why countries like China and India are kicking our butts in the global market?

To the past 3/4 comments: Wow! Double-blind studies are nonsense. That's breathtaking. How do you think pharmaceutical companies work or for that matter, science. Do you even know what a double-blind study is. Secnodly, what does Al Gore have to do with me or the internet. In no way did I state that Al Gore is God and created everything, you made that distinction with God does everything. To the christian doctors comment, of course they would say god is guiding them, they are christians. Thirdly, don't give vague comments like I know bunches of people who were cured of prayer. Name them with documents to back your claims. If a tumor is there and then not, it may have been misdiagnosed. Nothing happens for no reason, there is always a reason. For people that say doctor's do nothing and god does everything, again, stay at home when you are deathly ill. Let's see what happens when you pray, but I bet you don't because deep down you will not take that chance with your life.

I was so glad to hear that Kristoffer is doing much better. We all know who to thank for that. I met your father for the first time at the viewing (your step-mother is my cousin). I know that things can only continue to get better for Kristoffer from now on. Please continue to give updates whenever possible. I know everyone is busy right now. We will continue to keep praying for him. As we know PRAYER DOES WORK!!

To Jason: From what I have heard, Al Gore says that he created the internet which for you is good. Otherwise you wouldn't have a way to spread your negative comments to everyone. I do feel sorry for you. You must have had a lot of heartache in your life to be so negative all the time. His grandson is off life support and came out of his coma Friday. The progress he has made in a week is something the doctors said should not be happening for another 3-4 months and they cannot explain that, can you? That news came from his grandmother today. Yes modern science is wonderful, but they can only do so much then the rest has to come from a higher power. Yes Jason, there are some of us who have seen miracles and are witnessing one right now with Kristoffer. I am just sorry that you have not had that wonderful experience.

To Jason: I don't have to do double-blind studies or any of that other nonsense. I do know that prayer works. For your information, there are Christian doctors out there who would tell you that it is God that helps to guide their hands and even pray with and for their patients before he does surgery on them. As for why sometimes the person dies, I cannot explain that, nor do I believe that is because the "Devil wants the family to suffer". Sometimes these things don't make sense, but there will come a time when we will be able to know the answers to all our "Why's". It is not for me to question. I do believe in going to a doctor if necessary, but I also believe that prayer can sometimes change things. There have been cases where the doctor went to do surgery and found the tumor,cancer, or whatever gone. I guess you have never heard of those cases have you? Well, I happen to know people who have been healed. I am sure there are others who have similar stories to share.

If someone had a blowout or lost control of the car and caused the accident. It would just be an accident-because it was out of anyone's control. If the driver of a car is sober and has a blowout, he is more likely to keep control of the car than if he was drunk - Don't you think? Mr. Barker made a choice to get behind the wheel of that truck when he was intoxicated and now he will have to deal with the consequeces of his own actions and decisions. It was in his control and he made the wrong decision. Every drunk driver has a choice and control over the situation. All he had to do was pick up a phone. If all of this is just to make sure that next time the drunk driver does that and he doesn't take another life. That is one life saved. Rusty was not just a good man-he was a GREAT man. It is hard to predict what he would tell his family seeing how his Grandson's life is jeopardized. It's all God's will-Doctor's would not be able to save Chris if God did not want them too.

Hi Jason, The logic behind my thinking is this. Only someone that doesn't care if someone lives or dies because of injuries sustained from a drunk driver could climb behind the wheel after downing 6 beers. I am not going to set here and say that I know the family but that doesn't mean that I haven't shed tears of sadness for their loss either. Call it self-righteousness if you need to but I call it compassion.

I seriously doubt you care about anyone that dies that you do not know, and to claim otherwise would be self-righteous. To Raven Scott: I shouldn't cram my thoughts down your throat but you can cram yours' down mine. Hmm, that might be a lil' hypocritical. If you know that I cannot be happy then that must make you a god, and the funny thing is, you are far from it. Again, stop saying to "pray for me" like you have some effect on my life. I am not full of hate and just because I speak truth does not constitute "hate". But anywho, can't wait for the glorious responses....keep'em coming.

Jason, it is really cold blooded of you to say that you didn't care whether this child lived or died. I bet you're one to get behind the wheel after drinking aren't you Jason? I mean why wouldn't you? It doesn't matter to you if you hit somebody and killed them because you didn't know them, you had no intest vested in these people right? Just as long as it wasn't any of your relatives that you hit. Keep telling yourself that your happy and hopeful and maybe one day you'll convince yourself that you are. I truly wish you the best in life because I have a sneaky suspension that you're going to need it.

I'M SURE THAT THERE WILL STILL BE SOME ROUGH TIMES BUT JUST KEEP LOVING ONE ANOTHER AND HAVING FAITH IN GOD AND EVERYTHING WILL BE OK. This is for whoever was brave enough to condemn me but chicken enough not to give a name. I do not want anyone living in a fairy tale so I will continue to speak against superstitions. Whether or not this person is a family member doesn't matter. I will not allow anyone to give a fake God credit when it should go to the healthcare team that is working on this person. So if you can't handle that then you WANT to live in a fairy tale world as well.

Thank you Jennifer your apology means alot and im also sorry if i offended anyone but to answer your question like i mentioned in my other post if one of my family members decided to get behind the wheel while being intoxicated and hit and killed someone then yes i do think they should go to prison for what they did. I would stand behind him and try to support them but i think if you decide to drink and drive and hit and kill someone then they should take responsibility for their actions. I have had a hard life and probably alot of others have too and yea i may seem like everything is black and white to me but when things happen in your life that you don't expect could happen to anyone it does traumatize people. So when you see things happen to other people then sometimes you do have harsh opinions about certain issues. I hope you understand what im talking about.

This is America and you have the right to think and say what you want. As for living in the dark ages, do you mean I should live in your world of no hope, anger and such anamosity for anybody with a different beliefe from yours? No thanks. For Sue Ann: If you believe faith/prayers work do double blind studies or even read them. They do not work and whatever the outcome, you religious folks have an answer. If the boy survives, then God did it. If the boy dies, then God wanted him in heaven or the better one, the Devil wanted the family to suffer. Well, again if Sue Ann believes God is the great physician then stay at home when your kidney's fail. Wait for help from your God and guess what will happen to you.....you will die. Physicians learned their skills from an accredited school and if God was still important we would still live in the dark ages. If you were sick, then you had demons and were exorcised. Science helps more people than religion ever has. I guess God created the internet so you can spread your superstitions.

As of 3 a.m. this morning. Kristoffer woke up from his drug induced coma! They woke his mother up and then asked him if he knew who she was, he replied, "Of course I know who she is". This information came from his Aunt and was announced at church tonight. It looks like he will not lose his leg. For the person who said that there is no God, and that doctors did this not God, just who do you think was guiding their hands and gave them the wisdom and knowledge to care for him like they did? If you do not believe, that is your choice, but I for one know who the Great Physician is and I know that it is because of him that Kristoffer is making the progress that he is at this moment. They are saying that in about a year, he will have made a full recovery. I say that it will be less than that. The Lord has the ability to make his recovery faster than a year. He has come farther than many expected him to in just a week.

I heard second hand, through a very reliable source, that Billy is a repeat offender. He has been in jail for DUIs before, has no insurance, is driving on a restricted, suspended or no license and is driving a vehicle that is probably unregistered. Evidently, he was at a party where friends encouraged him not to drive and even tried to take his keys. Defiantly, he drove anyway killing someone who did more for our community in day than Billy has done his entire miserable life. If any of this is not true, I would love to have any of Billy's supporters identify themselves and go on record here denying any of the allegations. Sadly, even God is not perfect; he did, after all, create Billy.

Gosh this situation is so hard. I will not take any sides. But the daughter of Russ is more of a woman then i am. It brought tears to my eyes to see her hug Billy's wife. It shows what kind of family they are. Also theres no "IF" the young boy makes it. He "WILL" make it he has his grandpa helping him through this. The hard thing about this is Billy from what i know didn't have a reputation for drinking and driving. I do not think he set out to destroy a life and his own. I think if he goes to prison for life it will not help him. I do believe he needs jail time but he also needs help. He's 21 years old he needs to go to jail for 10 years and then be made to take classes and be on home comfinment for so many years. Taking away his life doesn't make the pain of losing another go away. Why not open a young mans eyes by showing him God's way. May sound selfish but just my opinion

The simple fact here is, Billy had a choice to get behind the wheel and drive after knowing the consequences.I'm sure he hasnt been living in a bubble his whole life to not have had "Dont Drink and Drive" drilled into his head.Rusty and Kris werent given a choice and look at the results.

To Maddi - I apoligize to you, I did not say you WERE cold hearted and close minded...I was asking. I just was trying to express that EXTREME viewpoints, like yours, do not help anyone. It seems that everything is so black and white for you and that there is no gray area, period. So, again, if the shoe was on the other foot...your son/daughter made a wrong choice and killed someone in a terrible accident...you would stand up and say that he/she should spend the rest of their days thinking about what they did? Would you? I do not know the Barkers, nor the Bellomys, but in the end, it will be up to a jury of 12 to determine his fate and then up to the judge to determine his sentence. I just wish our society was not so full of hatred and so thirsty for revenge/justice. No case is cut and dry, nor are the circumstances ever the same. But again, I do apologize if I have offended you, Maddi.

God is great!!!!! He is always showing his awesome power. Sunday the doctors were preparing my father and step-mom for Kris's death and after a 9hr surgery,he was still not out of the woods. Yesterday after Russ's funeral my dad and step-mom raced to the hospital to find their son trying to say "MOMA". I realized I have no right to feel anything but compassion for my fellow man. There is no time to pass judgement or to be angry in this life. I am not going to try and pretend I am a great example of what a Christian should be and I envy my my step-moms family for their great strength and faith. I do believe, however, that God is in control no matter what we say or do. I am ,and will pray for Billy and his family as well as my own and I am ashamed of how angry I was at first. Point being, everybody was affected by Friday nights accident, but we all had to have learned something from it. God has a reason for EVERYTHING.

And again all of Billy's family is taking up for him because they think him killing someone was a mistake or accident. And I understand they want to stand behind him. But please it was no mistake,it was no accident he knew what he was doing when he decided to get behind the wheel intoxicated. That was no mistake and that was no accident. He killed a man and injured a poor child. If it was one of my family member that decided to drive drunk and kill someone yes I would feel bad for them and I would try to stand behind them as much as I could but I would also feel it was right that they got the punishment that fit the crime. Some may say I'm cold hearted or whatever. If you drive drunk , high or anything and kill someone then you should be held accountable for the action you chose to do. So go ahead and defend him all you want he deserves what will come to him.

Okay, I have read several of these posts and will try to be objective. If Billy is a repeat offender driving under the influence, does it make sense to provide him an opportunity to kill someone else? Fact: He holds little to no respect for the law, i.e. DUI For all of you that propose a quick release or relaxed sentence for the benefit of his family, how would you respond to his taking another life? Is it worth taking the chance?

It caused a 12 year old boy to face the possibility of losing his leg and brain damage. I am not passing judgement on Barker, just the crime he committed.

But first of all, learn to spell, start out slow, and in several years lets see how much you've learned and changed in our teenagers when it comes to issues including drinking and drugs.I also want to correct my(Presumed)error to Maddie and everyone else. Some of you people are obviously friends and family of Mr.Barker but lets say that Mr. Bellomy was the one intoxicated and he hit and killed Mr. Barker and injured one of his children,would you not be saying that Mr.Bellomy should be in prison for life? Come on tell the truth! I feel that a person that does a crime should be punished for what they have done and that includes if need be put in prison for life. It's really sad that our justice system lets these people off with either a warning,good behavior, or not even punish them. Thats why these things keep happening is because there is no justice for the victims of these horrible crimes that people decide that they want to do while they think of themselfs instead of thinking about other people. And the judges should be ashamed of themselfs for letting the criminals out instead of letting them serve their time in prison.I want to wish the best for the Bellomy family and Barkers wife and kids.

Jenner,First off no one in their right mind would think it was ok for someone to get off on any of those crime's you spoke up. So I don't see how Maddi is closed minded nor cold hearted in her post. How is it a mistake that Billy got intoxicated, decided to drive and killed 1 innocent person and injured a child? He knew what could happen if he drove intoxicated so there is no mistake on that. I do feel for Billy's family because they have to go through all of this. And the stress he has put on his wife knowing she is going to have a baby so apparently he never thought of any of that instead he thought of going out having some fun and getting behind a wheel. To me that sounds cold hearted because he was only thinking about him. It irritates me that all these people that go to court and say they are not guilty but all the proof is there that Billy killed someone how is that not guilty? Anyway my prayers are still with the Bellomy's and the child and also for Barker's wife and children.

I just want to give my heart out to both families for what has happened. In my opinion i think that Billy should pay for what he has done. He knew that he shouldn't have been under the influence and operating a vehicle at the same time, and even if it wasn't his first time for a DUI, it may be now because he took an innocent life and almost a young boys' life too. I have family members who drink and drive too and don't get me wrong yes they should be punished everytime they do it but they haven't gotten caught at the right time. I guess it takes someone who drives under the influence to kill someone or hurt them bad before they are punished. In my territory where I live it seems to me that everytime a person gets a few beers in their bellies they have to get in a vehicle and drive. Why? I'm puzzled on that one I have yet to figure it out. Kristoffer, hang in there buddy and believe that god will pull you through this. Your grandpa is watching over you and he wants you to get better.**

Ok, now to the subject: Mr. Barker done wrong (correct) Mr. Barker also was not thinking about his family when he decided to drive under the influence that is what makes him not a good family man if he can take the chance to ruin his family's life (just like he did). You must be a family member or very close friend to the Barkers'. I do feel for the Barker's children but I have zero pitty for him. Now just for your little mind to process, yes my husband does go out with his friends but none of them drink and drive (they are very mature family men that will not take the risk to kill someone or themselves). This is wrote in memory of Rusty and I hope everyone reading this truly has learned from this terrible tragedy.I have known Rusty my whole life and attended church with him my since the day I was born.I know if he could tell you all one thing it would be not to blame anyone but pray for those involved.Rusty was a true man of God and witnessed to everyone he met.Hopefully this young man will come to know God through this b/c that will be the only way he will make it through the rest of his life.Rusty would sacrifice his own life for that of another if it brought them to know Jesus.Kristopher is a strong little boy and he seems to be holding on.I believe God has a special plan for him and all who hears his story.(Hopefully to follow in his grandfather's footsteps and bring more to Christ.)Overall God has a plan for all of us and gives us incidents like this to show just how much he is in control.Pray for this family and remember this could have been you or yours.Luv ya Rusty and Kris!!

To Maddi - so, its ok for our tax dollars to pay for Billy's incarceration for the rest of his life for this tragic mistake? You think this is fair & just? What about drug dealers and sex offenders who get a "slap on the wrist" or a short term sentence. Is it fair that they are allowed to get back out there and sell drugs and rape our children? NO! R U this close minded and cold hearted? Did you put the shoe on the other foot? That sales clerk who was assulted at that video store in Russell, was nearly beat to death...her attackers didn't get life sentences..what of that? They raped her with a crowbar and beat her skull in with a hammer. Is it fair that she has to live in fear that she may be attacked again by these men? This just goes to show how narrow minded people are and how our justice system(s) does not always dish out proper sentencing and punishments. Yes he needs to pay for his actions and yes he needs the time to think about what he did...but life? Come on! Do you have kids?

What good is Billy's life here on earth if he has to spend the rest of it behind bars? His life has barely begun. What quality of life would his family have with him if they can't even touch him? You people who say, "at least he's still alive" are crazy! He'd probably be better off dead. Then his family could celebrate his life and not have to worry about what type of suffering he's going through in prison. Who knows he might get killed in prison, inmates kill other inmates all the time. If Billy spends more years in prison than he's had in the real world, then he'll just become another prison thug. Prison life will be the only life he knows. Perhaps you've never gone to the prison to visit a loved one. It's not enjoyable at all and I certaintly wouldn't want to be taking my newborn baby to visit his daddy for the first time when he's behind bars. Coupled with the fact that he may never get the chance to hold his new child, a child he'll never get to help his wife raise.

I think that this is accident is a horrible way for the community to have to face reality. People DO NOT think of how their actions will affect others. Intentional, no, but a choice..Well yeah..No one made this man drive intoxicated..It is a choice like every other life decision. Now this family has suffered and continues to suffer from this choice that was made. Do I believe in God. Yep sure do, and i'm not afraid to say it willingly. To Jennifer: Really the intent to kill someone happened when Billy decided to get behind the wheel while being intoxicated. To anyone saying that Billy shouldn't be in prison for the rest of his life cause its unfair or whatever. Well it wasn't fair that he killed Mr. Bellomy and critically injured his grandson. It isn't fair that Mr. Bellomy isn't going to get to see his wife, his kids, or his grandchildren. It isn't fair that Mr. Bellomy isn't going to get to spend holiday's with his family. It isn't fair that Billy's wife isn't going to have her husband there because of his stupid actions, to help raise their children. It isn't fair for Billy's children to wake up and say where's my daddy how come he can't play with us. It is fair that Billy should serve the rest of his life in prison for what he did. No it's not going to bring Mr. Bellomy back but it will give Billy time to think of how bad he messed up his life his wife and kids life and Mr. Bellomy's and his family's life.

I just came from Rusty's visitation. The love of God was all over that funeral home. If you entered there an unbeliever, I am sure you left believing. Rusty was all about doing God's work and that He did very well. We all could learn from him. Let us not point fingers in this situation instead let us pray for everyone involved, Rusty would want us to. I urge you to pray...you never know when this same thing could happen to you...ALWAYS be ready to meet Jesus! God says in His word If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved.
