Ky Man Dies in Motorcycle Accident
Police say a man who died riding his motorcycle was not wearing a helmet.

MARTIN COUNTY, KY (WSAZ)-A late night drive leaves one man dead after he lost control of his motorcycle. Sheriff's deputies tell wsaz.com that Leonard Timnms was riding his motorcycle on Coldwater Road just before midnight. Timms hit some debris on the road and wrecked.
Investigators say Timms was thrown from his motorcycle. He was not wearing a helmet.

Some people just don't get it ! He was not wearing a helmet yes we all know that is bad but some people talk alot and that can be bad too. That was his choice, not like he wanted to die so back off and let the family come on here and read something good for a change not someone talking off at the mouth. Remember, we all have to answer to what we do and say in life don't make your self look stupid just to get noticed, someday it might just happen to someone you love. May god be with his family.

When reporting a motorcycle accident, is it really necessary to say the person wasn't wearing a helmet? Would it matter if he was? My sympathies to the family of the fallen rider.
