CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A video lottery parlor in Cabell County was robbed early Friday, and a suspect was arrested a short time later just inside the city limits of Ashland, Ky.

James Lane is in the Boyd County Jail on weapons charges. Police also found cash in the vehicle. Cabell County is preparing a warrant for Lane, who will be charged with first-degree armed robbery.

It doesn't matter if the patron is robbed by the machines when they enter those places...its their choice! However, I'm glad to hear and know that the person who was working that day was ok and not harmed..that should be the main concern here and not how people lose their money the way they want to!

these patrons of these places are robbed as soon as they sit down at a lottery machine. someone should issue a warrant for the state. they are also guilty of robbery....
