MARIETTA, OHIO (WSAZ)-Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden will visit eastern Ohio this week.

Campaign officials tell wsaz.com that Senator Biden will stop in Marietta Tuesday evening. He will attend a rally at Armory Square at 7:15p.m. The doors open at 5:30 Tuesday evening.

On Wednesday, Senator Biden will start his day in Athens, Ohio with a community gathering. This event will be at 280 west Union Street.
Doors open at 8:30 that morning. The event starts at 10:30.

Both events are free and open to the public, but you are asked to register on line at the campaign website.

PLEASE VOTE STRAIT TICKET DEMOCRAT. Undecided--ignorance breads ignorance. Take a minute to investigate for yourself each canidate--you will find those things about obama are not true and and are racist! I am asshamed of the things people chose to believe. Obama is just as much American and Christian as the rest of you freaks! And you wonder why people talk down about West Virginians! To undecided: Congrats on your first vote. My suggestion for you is to stop listening to rumors and start looking at facts. Obama isn't a closet muslim. And even if he were, how does that deter from his ability to be a president? As members of the younger generation, it is our responsibility to bridge the gap between racism and religious persecution. I will be voting for the first time also, having not found a candidate that I supported until now. I do not like the way Bush has ran our country. McCain is pretty much a more annoying version. Obama will have my vote!
