This week we go back to standard time. Most people set their clocks back one hour Saturday night to enjoy that extra hour of sleep Sunday morning.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Saturday night you got an extra hour of sleep. It was the night to turn your clocks back one hour before you went to bed.
Some states and territories don't observe daylight-saving time, so they don't have to switch back every fall.
That's the case in Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas.

Leave it at DST. More daylight in winter. Otherwise, go to work in dark, come home in dark.
