Four Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash Near Ashland; Two Flown to Huntington
Four people were injured Friday night in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. 60 and Kentucky 716, two of whom were flown to a Huntington hospital, a Boyd County 911 dispatcher said.

SUMMIT, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Four people were injured Friday night in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. 60 and Kentucky 716, two of whom were flown to a Huntington hospital, a Boyd County 911 dispatcher said.

Two patients were flown by helicopter to St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, and two other patients were taken by ambulance to King's Daughters Medical Center in nearby Ashland.

The accident was reported about 6:30 p.m. near a Speedway service station, and U.S. 60 was closed for nearly 90 minutes.

estill is still in the hospital in icu on a vent and has had to have 2 blood transfusions dont know where hes loosing the blood, they say hes stable though. keep him in your prayers please...

estill bowen is still in st.marys icu not doing well wife and daughter are fine just a few scrapes. estill suffered broken ribs and a lacerated spleen, he is on a vent to help his lungs rest needs alot of prayers.

The man in the van was Al Flath. He is handicapped and cant walk... He is the husband of mary cat flath. the professor at ACTC.. He is a wonderful man... I hope everyone involved is ok. I heard that he was sent to KDMC via ambulance but headed home the same night...
