Charleston, W.V. (WSAZ) -- Check your email in-box carefully today.
The U.S. District Court says a bogus email is out there telling people they've been subpoenaed for a Grand Jury in San Diego.
If you open the email it could download a virus to your computer!
The Court warns that they never contact people via email for a Grand Jury. The FBI has been alerted to the scam. You are advised to delete the email.
